New heart ?

Now I realize that she is the most special person in my life.I'm very sure I will keep this heart cuz this heart just for her only..nobody can take this heart and if other person really need it , I should change new heart...so that mean that I'm gone in getting new heart plug into my body..cuz I will never leave her alone..I love her so much.
